  • Getting there

Pop 510 N 25th Ave W Duluth into your googly machine to get directions.

There is a SuperOne Foods (5300 Bristol St, Duluth, MN 55807) and a great co-op (4426 Grand Avenue Duluth, MN 55807) between the cities and the duplex.

  • Parking

You can park on the parking slab to the right of the house or on the street. You can only park on one side of the street (follow the lead of other cars).

  • Getting in

We will send you a door code before your arrival.

Tap the Yale logo to be able to see the keypad - after you type in the code hit the check mark

If it doesn’t work there is a code on the back door. Text or call Sara (612) 220-6559 or Greg (651) 208-3305 to get it.

  • Cameras on the property

We have 5 cameras on the property; one on the front porch, one on either side of the exterior of the duplex, one in the basement pointed at the basement door, and one in the first floor hallway pointed at the back door. All for security, not to be creepy. :)

  • Be careful on the stairs

Be careful on the stairs. The front steps are wobbly. The basement steps are steep and skinny. Be careful on all stairs please.

  • Internet

  • Cost

The cost is $100 per night per unit with a minimum 2 night stay. If you use more than four beds there is an extra charge of $20 per bed. Most of this cost goes to our cleaning crew.

  • Great food in the neighborhood

Duluth Grill, OMC Smokehouse, Corktown Deli

  • Great food not in neighborhood

Northernwaters Smokehouse, The New Scenic Cafe

  • Please no pets

You might wonder what this is all about. Clearly Leo visits. Here is the scoop - we have family members with cat and dog allergies. We got Leo because our family isn’t allergic to him. So he is the only pet who visits.

  • Longer stays

We have had one friend stay for several weeks and others express interest in doing so. Reach out to us via email if you would like to do this. We have extended rates.

  • Not an Air BnB

We created a wish list when we got married and having a space our family and friends can use for vacation was on that list. This is not an Air BnB and we don’t have this space for money making purposes. That is why we only offer it to friends, family and their friends and family. That is also why we ask you to help out a little with laundry and keep the costs as low as possible.

It never hurts to leave a tip for our cleaning crew. They are from a local woman-owned business who is sooooo good to us.
